My last post was December 2010. I posted a Christmas card with an old photo of my husband and I. It is one of my favorite images of us from our engagement session in 2009. Not only do we look great together, but I was actually having a good hair day and I was pretty skinny. This simple post brought back a lot of memories.
A lot has changed in both my personal and business life since that post almost two years ago. I
the studio is closed this week due to devastating news to my family. i will return all phone calls, e-mails, etc. next week. no photos will be delivered this week, so i am sorry to those who have to wait an extra week.

i just wanted to make a quick announcement about available appointments…
this month is completely booked, but june is still looking good for appointments. because of the holidays and everyone trying to get updated family photos for christmas cards, fall sessions book up QUICK. i only accept a limited number of clients each month to ensure that everyone gets the highest level of customer service and quick turn around times. leaves generally change color towards the end of october, with the peak color being the very end of october through early november. if you know that you want to do portraits in the fall, you need to reserve an appointment time soon. i usually only do portraits on sundays because i have a lot of weddings booked this fall. if you have to book a session on a saturday, i may be able to squeeze you in depending on my wedding schedule.
